Matt Dean is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dean&Co., an award-winning agency focused on creating value through creative solutions for commercial real estate.
Over the last decade, he's worked exclusively in the CRE industry to unlock value for developers, owners, investors, and the communities they contribute to. He's an active member of Urban Land Institute, sits on the Small Scale Developer Council (Blue), and serves on the Board of Judges for various design awards organizations.
Since 2021, Dean&Co. has prioritized meaningful relationships with like-minded developers. These partnerships allow the agency to solve problems for both the corporate and community sides of every project.
Matt launched Dean&Co. alongside his wife, Jackie Dean, who heads up the agency's digital marketing. Their collective efforts started with an agency offering branding, design, and marketing services. As the team and relationships grew, so did the scope. Dean&Co. now helps clients through every phase of a project's lifecycle, from pre-development through grand opening to a thriving asset.
When they founded the agency, Matt and Jackie introduced a motto that still holds true today: Do Good Work With Good People.
