Ileana Hernandez, Project Manager

Ileana Hernandez is a Brand & Strategy Project Manager at Dean&Co. with a foundation in fine art and a sharp eye for strategy. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Marketing from Bowling Green State University in 2020 and has since built several years of brand agency experience, partnering with clients, creatives, and strategists to help move ideas from concept to launch. Known for her thoughtful leadership and organized approach, Ileana loves helping great work — and great teams — cross the finish line in ways that feel both efficient and inspired.

She studied abroad in Italy and completed an artist residency at The New York Academy of Art, experiences that continue to shape her love for craftsmanship and storytelling. Outside of work, Ileana volunteers weekly as a teaching assistant at a local art studio and is always creating — painting, sculpting, or experimenting with something new.

An avid traveler, thrifter, and proud foodie, she’s happiest cooking for friends, curating the perfect playlist, or planning her next adventure.
